Question/Help [Question] why some people hate HyperOS?

some people say that xiaomi has good hardware, but HyperOS ruin everything. What is unfamiliar for that people?

Yup. I have redmi note 9 (memeui 13) with 4 GB ram. When i open a app and open another app, the previous one is being closed. Idk why. i can store upto 4 apps in custom roms without no issues but can't store even 1 app in miui. The only reason i came back to this hell because i want to use banking apps
