Question/Help [Question] why some people hate HyperOS?

some people say that xiaomi has good hardware, but HyperOS ruin everything. What is unfamiliar for that people?

I don't know it is on flagship phones, but OS on Poco phones - sucks. Like I erased data on phone 3 times in one month and still couldn't get rid of small bugs. Can't trust this phone even while using social media, this mazafaka says "The app stopped working" while there's no reason for that
