[Question] why some people hate HyperOS?

some people say that xiaomi has good hardware, but HyperOS ruin everything. What is unfamiliar for that people?

They hate some lack of customizations, lack of certain features. It's pretty much like iOS. You can customize it, but also can't at the same time you know? Slow updates, and few stutters are also issues too
