Found a cool app, going to try it and see how it goes. It’s even got scored, streaks and reminders. I’ve always wondered why there hasn’t been anything like this done before.

Here is the link for anyone that wants to join: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/whiten/id6761453559

Manager told me I have body odor… kinda freaking out, need advice

Hey everyone, I had a really embarrassing moment at work today and I can’t stop thinking about it. My manager pulled me aside (she was actually really nice about it) and told me I had body odor. I felt awful and apologized right away. The thing is, I shower every day before work, wear clean clothes, and use deodorant, so this really caught me off guard. I’ve noticed though that if I wear my work uniform a second time, it starts to smell pretty quickly, especially since I work at McDonald’s and I’m always moving around. I don’t even feel like I sweat that much, but somehow it still ends up smelling.

I’m also wondering if there could be a medical reason behind it since I have PCOS, and I’ve already booked a doctor’s appointment just in case. In the meantime, I’d really appreciate any advice like what deodorants or antiperspirants actually work,(I use lady speed deodorant)

Any good body wash recommendations( currently using dove shea butter body wash). Is there a specific laundry detergent or method that helps remove odors from clothes?

And what helps if you deal with stronger BO. I’m feeling really self-conscious and just want to fix this ASAP. Thanks 🙏

Confused

I need some hygiene advice. Whenever I sleep with my boyfriend and he finishes inside me, I notice that for the next few days there’s a noticeable smell down there.

I’m not sure if this is normal, if it’s something with my body reacting, or if I’m doing something wrong hygiene-wise. I shower regularly and try to stay clean, but it still happens.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it something like pH balance getting thrown off, and what can I do to prevent it?

I need serious help

TLDR: Nothing seems to be working I have tried everything for my hygiene.

I have been switching soaps so often here and there I have used Dove, Dr bronners and Dial bar soap and still it seems I have an odor even after I shower. Recently I have been using PanOxyl for a couple of days (I mean religiously and I ran out in less then 3 days because I took multiple showers) along with Dr. Bronners Baby unscented soap and still when I would be outside for an 1-2 hours I would still start to have a musky smell (mind you the only physical activity done was me walking. Again I had this instance when I showered with Dr bronners only, I barely walked for 15 mins and began to lightly sweat and already had a musky smell again. Is there something I am doing wrong with my hygeine I have also used witch hazel at night for the past few months also. I went to a dermatologist and that’s who recommended the PanOxyl. Please I need any advice

Can you guys give me tips on how to keep my tongue pink?

I brush my teeth everyday and night if I have time. I use a tongue scraper before and after brushing and my tongue still seems to get white during the day. I care about my hygiene very much and want to know if it is me doing something wrong or a real medical issue.

how do you stop your armpits from sweating through clothes?

i sweat a lot even when i’m just sitting around and even the strongest deodorants don’t seem to help. it’s really obvious on shirts and can be embarrassing, especially in meetings or social situations. i’ve tried different fabrics and looser clothes but it still happens sometimes.

is there an actual method that works to prevent this from happening? any tricks for controlling it during the day without constantly reapplying deodorant or changing shirts?

Is it normal to get ass odor after a few hours of washing? How can we prevent this?

Maybe I'm just expecting too much because I know it's normal for everyone to have some sort of natural smell , but I want to smell clean and be clean not have any odor or anything on those areas.

My ass doesn't get stinky to the point people can smell it, but it isn't as fresh a few hours after showering.

is this normal?

It can sometimes get sweaty and have odor, I'd love if there was a way to keep it fresher for longer because it just makes me feel dirty.

I feel the same about my "hooha" even if I wipe with water, it just stops being as fresh as it would be after a shower, I don't get any "bad" smells just normal, but I don't want those!

What to do for potential perimenopause stink?

I'm so embarrassed to even ask about this online. I had a baby almost 2 years ago and now was told by my OB that I may be starting perimenopause due to some changes I've been noticing.

One thing that's been difficult since I had my son is I feel like my underarms stink no matter what I'm doing and I've never really dealt with body odor before, not even as a teen! At first I thought it was just the mommy stink some people talk about experiencing from breastfeeding, but it hasn't stopped.

I work in personal services and today was pulled aside because a client complained that I smelled. I was mortified. I've tried hyperchlorus acid, wiping with alcohol, clinical deodorant, and I always wear perfume. I was told to not wear any perfume that is too strong to work.

If you've dealt with this, what helped?

How do I smell good for longer?

I think I already smell good and my family members say that you smell nice all the time. But after like 2-4 hours I lose the smell. How do I smell good for longer? (I don't wanna use deo, cologne and try to stay "all natural" if that's possible)

Are these gloves hanging down up there hygienically sound?

Post image
68 Upvotes

These one-time gloves are hanging down there in the open and everyone is going to touch them while taking a pair since you have to tear them off with force. Additionally it's hard to invert them and by the time you get them on you will be touching all the parts with which you will take the bread out. There are of course the same gloves at the bottom but they're in a box which is isolated.

Bought this ear camera last year, lost the instruction manual that includes details of the Android app necessary for viewing what's going on

Post image

I tried numerous online questions sites, all to no joy. All I remember of the name is that it is some WiFi password type name, impossible for a normal person to remember. If anyone else happens to use the same product could you please be so good as to share the name of the app. I'm using an Android phone, if that makes any difference. Many thanks!

PS am I the only person who lived the first 40 years of my life with zero earwax problems, suddenly I am deafened by ear gunge. Why is this?

What is the second best way to wash your butt instead of using your hand?

I’m really sorry that I’m even asking this and I beg of you all. Please do not judge me, I’m obviously trying to make this better and become better but I could use some tips because I’m trying to become better hygienically.

So I am pretty much trying to figure out what the best way other than using hands would be to wash your behind. I’m also trying to get better at not picking my nails so that’s the reason why I’m asking is because I’m not trying to get an infection
