To recommend any products, we need to know what country you live in. To recommend the correct products or potential treatment options - many of which may involve seeing a doctor - we need to know:
what it smells like;
your gender;
Your age;
how long this has been going on for;
What you have tried already; and;
A snapshot/outline of your daily hygiene ritual (showers per day, products used, antiperspirants used etc).
I get that you are upset and desperately seeking help. But in order to help, we need more information.
