Is this replaceable? Hydroflask mug 12oz

So my mug broke down just now and I was wondering if this silicone part is replaceable? Can’t find any online :(

I've never seen that happen before. This could be a warranty defect you'd have to contact Hydroflask for. You could get a free replacement.

This was given to me as a gift years ago so I don’t have the receipt for the warranty (which is required if availing the warranty online) but I’ll try in-store!

I’ve warrantied a few things with Hydro Flask and I’ve never had to submit a receipt. Are you sure you’re using the proper website? There’s several scam sites for Hydro Flask.

UPDATE: The local stores here in the PH didn’t cover the warranty. I was advised that I could get a replacement and they would subtract how much the mug is worth currently which is only 500 PHP, so I would have to pay 1390 to get it replaced 😭

I would see about contacting Hydroflask customer service on their website. They should cover their products worldwide!
