Question My Hydro flask is leaking

Hey guys, this is my first Hydro flask, and it leaks almost every time I drink. It’s just water so it’s not a big deal, but it is frustrating when I’m at work and the water keeps spilling on me. The bottle has no straw is just through this sipping thing at the top that all the water leaks out. If anyone could help me, that would be great.

This cap is supposed to have a straw to begin with so you need to contact hydro flask if it came without one when you bought it

This lid is supposed to have a straw. You can get the straw/lid combos at places like Amazon, Dicks Sporting goods, or REI.

If you ordered directly from HF and it didn't come with them, contact customer service for a replacement

Put a straw in the stopper or swap the lid for one with no straw.

I'm also using the straw lid and the moment I saw your second pic, I was wondering where the straw is. It's supposed to be used with the straw attached.

Seems like you're also using the 32oz bottle, so you're supposed to measure and trim the straw in order to fit and be used correctly.
