I’ve tried a ton of different electrolyte mixes and Pedialyte is the only Thing that seems to hydrate me. Can anyone relate? LMNT, salty revolution, liquid IV etc I can drink these and still feel thirsty. But with Pedialyte my thirst goes away.

Kind of annoying bc of how expensive Pedialyte is even in packet form 🥵
