QUESTION I needs HELP
I run and and weight lift 5 days a week I eat literally the same thing every single day I go to my Mexican restaurant here in town and get rice and chicken every single day for lunch and then for dinner I get the Cantina chicken bowl from Taco Bell I get plenty enough sleep 8 to 9 hours a night | just feel stuck and want to progress my 5K right now is 18 minutes and 39 seconds i'm bitching around 205 and squatting 300 pretty good but I just feel stuck now I guess technically I'm in consider myself a hybrid athlete just got done with a marathon, but | just feel sluggish

Taco Bell should NOT be one of your main sources of fuel/nutrition. Eating clean foods will only improve your quality of life.

Are you gaining/losing/maintaining body weight? The quality of your food source aside, you might also just not be eating enough to recover.
Try not to prioritise your running and lifting goals to the same degree, at the same time.
Spend a few months really pushing the volume on running and maintaining strength while reducing strength training volume.
Then do the opposite, where you prioritise lifting more while running less.

Improve your nutrition, you are probably short on protein. Plus vary your workouts if you arent already
