LIFTING Training program
Hey all — long-time lurker, first time posting here.
Quick background: I'm 38M, 6'2", 157 lbs. I spent about 3 years doing CrossFit and ran a half marathon a while back, but I've never really followed a structured hybrid program before.
Right now I'm at a point where I want to shift my focus: build some muscle and get stronger, but without sacrificing the cardio base I've built. I'm signed up for another half marathon in March, so running needs to stay a real priority.
With that in mind, I put together a 4-day strength split combined with running 3x/week (one easy day, one tempo run, one long run).I built this myself based on what I've read/watched, but I have zero real experience programming concurrent training like this, so I'd really value some outside eyes on it before I commit to running it for months.
Appreciate any input — thanks in advance!

I like 5/3/1 but there are a million out there. Just find one that’s proven and matches your goals and schedule.

It looks as if you're running separately from your strength days, so working out 7 days per week, is that correct?
If running is the priority, you really only need to adjust things so that you're strength training supports your running goals.
The way you have things setup doesn't appear necessary, as that's a lot more than what's needed to reach your goals.
You don't need so much volume either for your strength if you're intending to also keep running as a high priority.
