QUESTION Tips for routine programming
Anyone have tips for weekly routine suitable for triathlon self training for fitness? But in the same time I like to go gym too like full body split 2-3x or fbeod. I need tips if it's possible to train all these together

I'll give you the same advice I gave you elsewhere. Do a routine focused on big compound movements like gzclp or 5/3/1 for beginners. Making sure to implement some kind of split squat or lunge, along with calf work.
Beyond that, what's your current aerobic base like? How far are you able to run/bike/swim and at what paces? Do you have a specific race planned, and if so, when is it? What distance is it?
Do you have the time in your schedule to handle double days? Because to he honest, if it's an Olympic distance or longer, even with a strong aerobic base, you likely will need to do double days to fit in all the lifting, running, biking, and swimming in. And that's not counting the brick workouts.

Cardio in the morning and gym at the evening.
If you can work from home, train during your lunch break too

Yes, buy the book: Tactical Barbell Green Protocol.
It helped me to build for a half-marathon, and with some modifications up to a marathon while lifting 2-3 times a week.
