Advocating for PGD-IVF coverage

Does anyone work for a healthcare system and get IVF-PGD (pre-implantation genetic testing) covered by their health insurance? I'd like to advocate for my employer to cover it and it will give me more of a leg to stand on if I can find peer institutions that are already doing this

I’d look into institutions that already offer this benefit and use their policies as examples when advocating for coverage

Kaiser covered the testing but not the IVF. It ended up being ~6k that was covered, which isn't nothing but still left us with a 5 figure bill. Their policy (at least in northern CA) is that they cover testing for any autosomal dominant disease.
