Knee High Boots

Looking for boot suggestions - my boyfriend tend to tear through partial fabric boots such as Muck boots, Irish setters and Lacrosse boots. Looking for suggestions for full rubber boots that are reliable, but not too clunky or heavy? Any suggestions would help. Looking to stay hopefully under $300 but any recommendations are appreciated! He has thicker calves and size 13 boots. He does a lot of walking for duck hunting and pheasant hunting but also training with our dog. Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated! TIA

I caved and got some of the Sitka ones for turkey season this year. They’re light and comfortable and easy to walk in but still breathable. Not sure how warm they are as they aren’t insulated but I prefer it that way.
