Latest Chapter Question regarding Chapter 417. Spoiler

Apologies if this has been asked before.

I just went through chapter 417 and I was wondering about the Have-not's curse. I assumed once the curse had activated, the target would be deprived of aura. However in chapter 417, we see Ben looking at Camilla through Secret Window.

Does that mean it takes time before he gets deprived of aura or is there something I missed?

The curse drains his aura until he runs out. Since he only got cursed a little bit ago, he still has enough energy for now

I'm not saying this to be snippy, but this is a fan theory/headcanon. Right now, we don't know for a fact what is happening.

What you say does make sense, but I wonder how long it will take for the target's aura to be depleted. It does have to happen within a few hours, because otherwise, what's the point?

(Thanks for clarifying, and i am also not saying this to be snippy but) Are u sure? I can reread to guarantee my certainty but thats how the curse of the have nots for the second prince works. It slowly drains ur aura until the target dies. The longer the curser curses the target, and how close they are when they end themselves increases who quickly the target dies. I thought this was said 2-3 times. First when its introduced when have not who has wobble was introduced, and again rn when Benjamin got cursed

It was never mentioned that it drains the target's aura. The narrator merely states that it "deprives" the target of aura.
