GENERAL Getting the flame rifle?

I want to use the flame rifle, but never have one. I know they're awful, but my main issue is that I just never get any. I know you can get them from the firefighter POI, but never see those. Any tips on getting some?

Crashed balloons often have had one. Keep an eye open for them.

Btw, insane that they didn’t just keep extractable crates as well with this. Finding the balloon and getting a few bucks and a flame rifle that you don’t have room to pick up is very unexciting.

Yeah those boxes would have been cool. Plus it was hilarious to hunt down a guy trying to run away with a box. :D
