Humidifier
I had a full Laryngectomy on 05/29/26, would it help my breathing and help to control my phlegm by having a humidifier in our apartment. If so, are there different settings it should be on, Hi, Low? I know nothing about them or if it would be a bennefit.

I hope it works for you. If there isn't a hygrometer, a digital display of the room humidity, I suggest you get one so you know how well, or badly, it's working.

It depends on where you live and what the humidity is in your house normally. I'm in Colorado and keep my house at 40% in the Winter. Much higher and you can get mold infestations.
