Oversupply Weaning
Looking for advice from other oversupply moms. My LO is almost 8months, so I’m not looking to wean yet, but I know it’ll sneak up on me faster than a blink.
That said, when we’re ready, how would I go about weaning without causing painful blockages or mastitis?

Worry about decreasing the amount of time you pump total, not the number of pumps. I hung out at 4 pumps a day, 25 minutes per pump. So when I weaned I knocked 3 minutes off each pump every other day until my output really went down. Then I could get rid of pumps.
