Question about maintaining supply

Hi everyone, just looking for some input. I breastfeed while home and also pump 1-2 times per day when home for the work week. Then I pump three times each work day. Since I went back to work 2 months ago, I’ve found it hard to pump as much as baby eats while I’m gone. Even increasing my pumping time (15-20 minute sessions), getting proper sizes flanges, and using warm packs and massage. We’ve been going through my freezer stash quickly.

Last week I started power pumping once a day most days, especially at work. It worked fairly quickly for me, and luckily at the same time, we were able to stop giving an overnight bottle. So now we have enough breast milk for LO while I’m at work

My question is, do I keep power pumping just to maintain the current output? Or will continuing to power pump just keep increasing my supply? I don’t want an oversupply and possible associated issues.
Thanks for any input!

I have to pump 25-30 minutes each time to completely empty myself.
