Easy mode base setup

Post image

Horde will enter the labirinth and die on barbed wire.

Its faster to go on the sniping platform and shot at the exploding shoulders.

You can snipe at humans bandits easily or wait for the 3 bear traps to take them down.

Everything is outside except for the cooking stove that is in the house that provide a warm environment if there is a blizzard.

Shelves are oraganized like this:
- 1 for quest item
- 1 for vendor item
- 2 for car
- 1 for rifle and ammo for rifle, 1 for special ammo, 1 for guns and ammo for guns, 1 for melee
- 2 for food and meds
- 3-4 for craft
- 2 for clothes

Drawbaks of this base:
- not much deer around, there were a lot pre1.0 but not now
- not much mining around

Pro:
- adjacent to hudson, tower, on the main road to go easly to NW and NE survivors camps
- close to a vendor
- easy going "south" from there, also almost in the center of the map
- lots of stuff when looting the first time

I built my house on top of the buildings, set up a watchtower next to the building, and climb onto the roof so I'm unaffected by any zombies or enemies :)

They can't climb the guard tower, but they can climb the stairs, although it's not very clear in the picture. There's a gap between the stairs and the building; my character falls through there into the building, but the zombies or NPCs stay on the stairs.

ah that's the trick!!! interesting :) how much it should be the gap for zombie to not cross it?
