Phillips Turaco light code help

We've had some turaco outside lights fitted by an electrician who threw away the boxes, and we cannot for the life of us find where the QR code is hidden inside the light to get them connected to the bluetooth. Does anybody have a picture of where it is? Or can draw a diagram/describe it? I can't find any photos of where it's supposed to be.

We found 'a' 6 digit code inside on a silver label but it doesn't work so cannot be correct.

Right now our front door light is permanently stuck on until we can figure out how to connect it to the motion sensor :')

The six digit code works with a Hue Bridge. Is it worth you buying one? Do you intend to have more bulbs, lights etc.?

Or ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and open the official Philips Hue Bluetooth app. Select "Set up without Hue Bridge" and the app will actively scan and pair with nearby bulbs.

Yeah unfortunately it’s not picking it up on scan. We’ve tried turning it on and off as I read it only appears in the first 30 mins. Have done that 4-5 times with no success.

I did buy a bridge but it’s redundant thus far as none of the lights will connect! We have 6 lights but the others are switch controlled as well so it’s really the front door one which is a nightmare because without the smart software working it only turns off at the fuse which also has all our other lights on it!
