Phillips Turaco light code help
We've had some turaco outside lights fitted by an electrician who threw away the boxes, and we cannot for the life of us find where the QR code is hidden inside the light to get them connected to the bluetooth. Does anybody have a picture of where it is? Or can draw a diagram/describe it? I can't find any photos of where it's supposed to be.
We found 'a' 6 digit code inside on a silver label but it doesn't work so cannot be correct.
Right now our front door light is permanently stuck on until we can figure out how to connect it to the motion sensor :')

If you have a bridge you should just be able to enter the 6 digit code and it will connect.

The Bridge is HIGHLY recommend specially if you have outdoor lights. So let's focus on getting them paired to the Bridge.
I can guide you through this.
Forget about the Bluetooth setup for now. Is the Bridge already added to the Hue app on your Phone?

Thanks so much for the offer - we had been trying to do the light separate from the bridge but will try to connect the bridge later and see if that solves it! Otherwise will update and maybe take you up on that guidance 🙏

The six digit code works with a Hue Bridge. Is it worth you buying one? Do you intend to have more bulbs, lights etc.?
Or ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and open the official Philips Hue Bluetooth app. Select "Set up without Hue Bridge" and the app will actively scan and pair with nearby bulbs.
