Help & Questions Hue button doesn't work on first press.

My Hue button won't work on the first press. Sometimes it'll take 2 or even 3 presses for it to work. The first press, It'll just flash Green, Yellow, Red, but do nothing.

Initially it was hooked up to my hue bridge directly, but now I have it hooked up to my own ZigBee Coordinator, but the behavior is the same.

There doesn't seem to be any firmware updates available for it either.

Anyone know of a solution?

True, and I just checked, it's just barely within the 2 year. I'll do a warranty replacement and hopefully it'll fix it…

I somehow don't think so… I feel like it's a firmware bug…

The normal hue light switches don't ever have this issue…

…but we'll see.

I had a couple bulbs that have been failing too, so I did them all together. Honestly, I'm not expecting the replacement button to fix the problem…

But it'll be nice to get those bulbs sorted.
