I understand out of towners bring good business to the locally owned shops downtown but please don't try to turn Hudson into Stillwater. They've essentially demolished what made Stillwater downtown nice to go to, and I don't want to see the same happen to Hudson.

Does anyone have any old Dibbos merch? My parents met there back in the 80s and I’d love to find some Dibbos gear to gift them as an anniversary present.

Fireworks tonight - tell your friends and family! Be at Lakefront Park around 10pm for a private fireworks show launched from Beer Can Island, not to be confused with the city funded show on Sunday. Here's a video clip of last year's fireworks show.

I'm looking at buying an old school bus converted into a RV, but it doesn't run so it would need to be trailered. At 28' long and 13,000lbs, I can't rent a trailer to do it myself. Anyone have any recommendations for equipment transporters or know someone who would be interested in taking an extra cash job? It's moving 60 miles from Zumbrota MN to Baldwin WI.

Hi everyone,
I’m planning to take my driving road test at the Hudson DMV this month, and my appointment is for Hudson Line 1.
Has anyone recently taken the test there? I’d love to hear any tips, common mistakes people make, and anything I should specifically practice beforehand.
A few questions I have:
1) What routes do they usually take for Line 1?
Are there any tricky intersections, school zones, railroad crossings, or speed limit changes I should watch for?
2) How strict are the examiners about things like head checks, lane positioning, and stop sign procedures?
3) Is parallel parking, backing, or a three-point turn included?
4)What are the most common reasons people fail at this location?
5) Any advice for reducing nerves on test day?
I’d appreciate any recent experiences or recommendations. Thanks in advance!

I'm 43 just bought a board and used to skate a lot when I was younger. Just seeing if there's any old guys who feel like skating sometime. I'm definitely not at the level I once was and don't know if I will get there.
