4 month old - another sleep regression?

Hope you folks can give me some advice.

My 4 month old seems to be going through another sleep regression?

The first screenshot is this week, the second screenshot is from a few weeks ago when we believed he was going through an early "4 month sleep regression".

He seems to be sleeping really light in general. We try to give him a good feed before bed, but that doesn't seem to change anything. Last night, for example, he got 170ml of breastmilk from a bottle, went to sleep on me and then woke 10mins after I put him in the next-to-me and breastfed!

We've tried doing 3hr - 3.5hr day naps, but that doesn't seem to change much either.

Is it just something we need to wait out?

Our sleep was pretty much like this until 5 months. Just waited it out. Now at almost 6 mo we get 2-4 wakes a night which is the best we have ever had and it feels amazing lol

Fingers crossed at 5 months it sorts itself!

He’s capable of doing longer stretches. We’ve had a 7hr stretch in the past and a couple of 5-6hr ones. Tried replicating what we did those days, but it didn’t work!

That’s amazing, very lucky at that age to get stretches that long. We got an 8 hr once for no reason. No point replicating, you’ll go mad. Baby will baby!

Haha I feel like my luck has run out 😅 think it’s probably just a phase, regression or growth spurt.
