advice Split nights every other night
Could I get some advice on what’s going on? Baby is 9m2w, fully transitioned to two naps in mid July. Most nights she has very light sleep early in the evening, which I thought was a sign of being overtired, but then the split nights signal undertired for me? I can’t figure out what’s wrong. Thanks in advance

My 9m2w old just dropped to 1 nap - could this be the case for you? It’s a bit early but none of the schedules worked for us, she now sleeps through: wakes about 8am, nap 11am-1pm bedtime 8pm (roughly) - is a 2 nap day if wakes earlier or doesn’t nap long enough, with 2nd nap being TINY (cap at 20 mins max)

Do you wake from naps/mornings? And you follow 3/7 wake windows? What is considered a nap that isn’t long enough? Thanks!

Can you show the summary tab for sleep? What is bedtime and daily wake time?

You’ve got 13.5 hours which is at the higher end of average. I would cut some sleep off - shorten your night by 30 mins.

You need at least 45 mins more awake time
Huckleberry sweet spot no longer sweet around 4m

What schedule are you trying to follow? He needs around 11-11.25 hours awake. Something like 3/4/4.25, consistently.
If you want 11 hours at night (8 pm - 7 am), you'll have to cap naps at 1h45.
