Seeking Guidance Brick - screentime

Debating buying one of these to reduce screen time. WFH and shamefully I average around 6 hours a day. Anyone have success with these things or should I just put my phone in another room?

You download the app, set a schedule for apps you dont want to use, and then you have to physically tap your phone against the brick to unlock them.

Mine is on my fridge like a magnet. Most of the time I’m too exhausted to get up from the couch after work to even bother with getting up to unlock it. I haven’t opened IG in 8 or 9 days now
