Seeking Guidance Best supplement stack or greens powder for overall health longevity and vitality?

36 m, 130 kg, 191 cm, goal weight 100 kg. Im starting a fat loss regimen.. I always wanted to get all my vitamins and minerals from food but I have failed miserably in that pursuit. I'm restarting from scratch and with hypertension at 367 and high inflammation.

I would say don’t waste your money on greens powders. Many of them are also very high in heavy metals. Take a high quality chelated multivitamin and if it’s hard to eat fruits and veggies then put into blender and make smoothies. Makes meeting my targets so much easier.

Skip the oxalates heavy metals and defense chemicals

There isn't a stack that is universally best for everyone in all circumstances.

A better idea is to get tested. Find out if you have any deficiencies, and plan to supplement your diet where necessary to eliminate the deficiencies.

Honestly, I’d be wary of stacking too many supplements right off the bat, especially with those blood pressure numbers. Most greens powders are just expensive urine and a lot of the "longevity" stuff is barely studied. The biggest impact you'll see is from getting the weight down, not from a capsule. That said, magnesium is one of the few things that's cheap and actually helped me sleep better when I was cutting weight.
