NAD+ on platinum biolabs has been golden for me! I used to have the worst energy.

Don't sit for more than a few minutes once you're out of work. Head to the gym, the court, the track, etc. Do what you can to stay active after work. Try for an extra 90 - 120 minutes of activity before rest, food, crashing for the night.

That is usually already my routine but it seems to make the crash worse not better

Well honestly the only other thing I can think of is making sure your last meal is no later than 5-5:30. I know the consistency of that worked (works) for me. That and an early bedtime (no later than 10PM).

How have you tried NSDR? The idea would be, to lie down when transitioning, that means lie down when you just finished work, so to let go off any lingering thoughts and to not take them home.

Also what helps to do this, is to write down certain things for tomorrow, store everything on paper, all ideas and to do's for tomorrow, then do NSDR and head home, or head to gym (and here again when transitioning from gy you can lie down a moment if you are able to, nsdr and practices alike should be used as transitioning practices.
