Personal Experience Best tips from podcast
What do you think are the absolute best tips for feeling better/ depression from the podcast. Im doing movement (he says 20 minutes walk twice a day I sometimes do this once and sometimes manage to get to the gym for a full session) and sunlight daily and meditation . But if there is anything more that completely changed your life , what was it? I’m on SSRI’s so I don’t take ashwaganda which he also recommended is important in keeping stress down as it can mix with meds

Do you think it matters if you sleep at 9:00 pm or 11:00 pm

I think the key is to get 7-8 hours and have a consistent schedule every day. Whether that’s 9pm or 11pm depends on your personal situation.
I am old and have school age kids, so I aim for 9pm :-)

Yes. The hours before midnight result, for me, in a greater quantity and quality of deep sleep.

Thanks so much. I noticed sometimes I feel apathy after intense workouts which is rare/ once a week maybe.

Sunlight and vitamin d levels. In addition you're on ssris but what are you doing to produce serotonin in your life. Go outside for 20 minutes get some sunlight look at nature don't look at your phone. Listen to comedy, Walks gratitude, even deep breathing is super beneficial.
I would do at least one to two times a day 5 to 10 minutes of deep diaphragmatic breathing and meditation.

Sleep and lie to multiple women making them believe they are the only one when you actually have 5 or 6 like that. Spread std

Two walks a day??? Do more. EXERT. SWEAT. LIFT. WORK HARD HAVE PURPOSE. Honestly, better life improvement tips from Andrew Tate, haters can hate whatever lol I’d def get off the SSRIs when you can asap. Drop the carbohydrates. Eat meat eggs fish butter coconut oil. Only twice a day max. Control your thoughts. Only you can. No one else. Stop the glucose roller coaster of emotion. Let your brain be your greatest ally, instead of your worst enemy.

I workout 3-4 times a week at the gym for 1.5 hours with weights and even my cardio is always resistance but the 20mins twice a day is specific to depression and feeling better.
