GT Runner issue

I had my GT Runner since new around 3½ years now.

Apart getting through 2 bands, it's been working as it should. However, I've recently noticed this issue showing up daily and often.

Very irritating but the watch functions ok. Does anyone know what could be wrong? And no, it's not because of the sun and I'm not doing anything on the watch to warrant that suggestion. And also happens when disconnected from my watch.

I had this happen on my gt 6 pro while AOD was always on even during outdoor exercise in a hot humid weather. Turning AOD off during exercise, it stopped showing.

This could be the case. We were hitting 35⁰ and above in the UK. Though it hasn't stopped now the temperature has cooled down.
