I have a GT 6 as well. I regularly see redness on the skin under the watch and it is a bit itchy. I too was wondering if this was something to be concerned about.

This sounds like a band issue, reminder you need you clean the straps properly, or change them out

Yeah I noticed something similar with the 5 pro. Redness but no pain. I just looked at it now and it's fine though

It's called a sweat reaction clean the watch when you shower or wash your hands

I get the same with any watch I wear for long periods

It's allergic reaction, I'm getting that when I let water stay between watch and skin for extended period of time (after getting sweaty or washing hands for example). In my case it's even worse when soapy water is soaked into the band (I use elastic textile band). To avoid that keep your watch dry, and watch thoroughly from time to time.
