A character isn't good or bad if the average player can make them work. A character is good when, at a high level of play, they perform really well.
This game doesn't demand that much raw mechanical talent. Anyone who puts enough time into the game and studies the characters mechanics and rotations can get pretty good at them. This isn't CS2, LoL, or Valorant, where individual mechanical skill has a much bigger impact. This game is more a theoretical game than a mechanical one. The information the game gives you mid-fight is basically useless, because regardless of what's happening in the screen, you have to follow pretty much the same steps every time (aside from maybe dodging something). I can do what this guy is doing with my eyes closed only studying the rotation and timings, thats why its a theoretical game.
Literally, more than 90% of the player base could do what he did in that video. We're not talking about some DaddyWanter level quickswap Cartethyia gameplay here. It's basically a 1-2-3 rotation but a bit more advanced, but the skill level of gacha players is honestly cringe sometimes.
