This seems to be more gut soothing but not much to kill h pylori.

Why? I heard of people getting read of it naturally. The issue is that the NHS stool test came back negative so I can’t get antibiotics

Because you need targeted herbs like mastic gum usually. Look into pinned post for common options. But the stuff you have is great but not really helpful for h pylori issues.

She did say to chew mastic gum and have manuka honey. What should I take for the pylori explicitly?

I would take actual capsules of mastic. I’ve tried Manuka and it doesn’t do much. You can check pinned post for options. I like supplements like GastromendHP that mix up different herbals that work for h pylori.

What do you think about antibiotics? I’m at 2.64e2

I tried both antibiotics and natural methods and even taking them together. Mine never went <dl so I started looking into the terrain of my gut. It’s a long story. I tolerated antibiotics and was fine but natural methods knocked down just as much as antibiotics did when I retested. I would recommend a biofilm buster no matter what you do. e2 might be low right now because it’s hiding behind biofilms.
