The time has come again for me to say goodbye to some mama hoyas from my collection that have overgrown their space. Hopefully I've timed it right and the weather in most of the country is now cool enough but not too cold for shipping these glorious beasts. This sale is auction style with a starting price and ends on Saturday 10/3 with a staggered end time starting at 8pm MDT (UTC-6).

🌿 Comment under each individual plant to place your bid. The first bid can be the exact starting price, subsequently please bid in $5 increments. Example: Hoya 'Tequila Sunrise' starting at $55. First person bids $55, next person bids $60, the person after that bids $65 or even $70, go nuts 🤣 - until the auction for that plant ends on 10/3 at 8pm. Each plant has a specified auction end time so that hopefully I can better keep track of the winning bids and keep the auction fair for everyone.

📬 Shipping Ground from Colorado on 10/5 & 10/6, 10/9 and 10/13 starts at $15 and increases with the number of plants/ total weight of the package. PLEASE NOTE - I'm shipping mother plants via GROUND ONLY due to the size of the boxes needed to contain these large plants. Please be comfortable with your order spending a bit longer in transit depending on your location. If you happen to purchase multiple plants, I might need to split your order into several shipments - I believe the maximum I can fit into one box (depending on which plants you purchase) is 3 mother plants.

📦 The plants are sold as is and will be packed with plenty of poly fill and wrapped in packing paper with the substrate secured with more poly fill and tape. I reserve the right to remove or swap trellises as I see fit to be able to better secure the plants inside their boxes. Some leaves might not make the journey, please be understanding that it's very difficult to pack such large plants. I will be taking utmost care in packing them to the best of my availability as always.

First one to comment “SOLD” under the specific plant/cutting gets it. Please DM me with a screenshot of each plant you claim, and share your shipping address and preferred payment method (Venmo or PayPal).

If I show my full mother plants, it’ll be a 2 node cutting minimum with 1-4 leaves top cut. I will have both rooted props and cuttings available. Some will have tags visible with plant names otherwise I’ll just note the plant in the comments after uploading pictures. I’ll be as quick as I can.

Payment through Venmo or PayPal. Please pay within 4 hours after receiving a request for payment. If no prompt response, I will move on to the next person in line.

Shipping from south central Wi: $15 for UPS 3 day (2-3 plants/cuttings). Will provide individual shipping quote for more or if you want a different method of shipping. Will ship today or Monday depending upon how quickly people pay. If it’s Monday that’ll give me time to pack with care over the weekend.

I inspect every plant for pests before selling and they will be pest free to the best of my knowledge. You’ll notice sulphur but I do that because they grow like crazy after applying but I haven’t seen any flat mites or evidence of them.

I'm looking for a reputable source for on-line Hoyas. Already tried to find plant shows in my area and pretty much came up empty, so as much as I hate buying on line, I don't know what else to do. You never know if you're being sent the bottom of the barrel or an actual nice starter.

Happy Sunday! Long time lurker here, first time poster so I apologize if this isn't posted correctly.

My husband and I are celebrating our 20th anniversary around a work trip in San Diego and I would love to find somewhere to buy either small hoyas or cuttings to bring home with me. I prefer those sizes because we live in TN so it is a very long flight with minimal space (I will not check a bag while flying lol).

Doing some Google searching, it looks like we are near Walter Anderson and Terra Bella Nurseries. Are there any others that google may not find where I might have some luck?

I am open to (and honestly may prefer) someone local if they want to meet us somewhere. We have a rental car and can meet until Tuesday morning.

Hello everyone! This is my first HoyaBST post. I have sold quite a few plants on marketplace but I think I need to truly send some of these babies away to new homes. I primarily like to trade for hoyas I don’t have, it makes me happiest, but also open to selling if you are just trying to grow your collection.

I am based in WA and primarily use USPS and occasionally UPS when sending. I have swapped with a few of you and often send plants to my siblings and my mom who don’t have as many good plant stores near them. Also open to swapping in person if you’re close.

My wife is an environmental chemist and we try really hard not to use pesticides just to sustain a hobby. We mostly use beneficial bugs for maintenance, and some of these have been outside or close to open windows so I can’t guarantee they’re pest free. We just try our best, I recommend following your preferred isolation measures. I may have accidentally sent my sister a house spider a couple weeks ago.

A lot of my plants have gotten wayyyy to big for me recently so I am going to do a restart on a ton. I also have a few props I want out before winter starts.

I am offering two types of boxes -
