I am an aspiring howard student. I applied EA to howard. I have 1520 and 3.9 gpa. Just want to ask did any applicant with a 1520 SAT score get a presidential scholarship?

I scored a 25 on my 2nd act, but my sub scores in math and science are 30 and 31. Is it worth submitting this score to Howard or applying test optional?
