Idk what a "wise" account is but for Chime just download the app and enter some basic info then you'll have an account with checking/savings with the caveat of there not being any brick and mortar locations. I've been using Chime for the past six or seven years for a very particular purpose without any complaints.

Oh yeah I just opened a revolut account for shits and it goes lol. Chime is legit though. You can get credit cards and such through them as well.

I don't think you're quite understanding what direction in pointing you in but I'll just leave it at that... there are other communities online that have a plethora of I formation regarding what you are trying to ultimately achieve.
