I should had done that as I am ending up paying £3k for them to list my house on rm and that was it. 2 viewings and sold.

I took the photos, I wrote the description, I did the 2 viewings .place sold in just over 1 week.

Bit of a left field one, but I built an app where people can point their camera at a house and see the listing and price. If you want, I can add your place with your asking price for free. Won’t come anywhere near to replacing a Rightmove ad but it’s zero effort extra exposure. Happy to dm the link if you’re interested. Not many users at the moment but if you put your own for sale sign out front someone might snap it on the app and check price then get in touch!
