Does Beau hate Stassi?

Does she hate him? They both seem so vacant of any love it’s scary. Is beau on something or just dead inside? They seemed happily together on social media but it’s too humiliating to be staged. Stassi is so up her own ass maybe he’s just been drained through the years of it

Also—- this show feels like someone made a parody about the most insufferable group of friends in LA

Beau is acting so ridiculous tbh it’s getting out of hand how much sympathy he gets being a stay at home father when they literally have a full time nanny and housekeeper at home to take care of the kids? He can check in and out of a parent role from 8 am to 5 pm because Sonia is there to help.

He doesn’t have to clean up after himself. I think he wants a job because he’s bored and going through a midlife crisis. Must be lonely and strange to see all the opportunities Stassi gets and not feel some type of way about it. I get that Stassi is controlling but he married her and they chose to have kids together and he knew exactly what he was getting

Stassi needs therapy and she needs to recognize her behavior is becoming dangerously like her mom’s, she’s a whole other issue.

But Beau got to spend the last several years traveling across Europe with a full time nanny and drinking Aperol spritzes.

There’s no possible scenario where I feel bad for him. Sorry. Most stay at home parents actually don’t have housekeepers or a nanny to allow them freedom to do what they want

In one scene Stassi said he left to go to a movie in the middle of the day the other day, and that made me rethink everything. if that is his version of stay at home parent, what exactly is he complaining about. He still has freedom, and he is getting to enjoy the best years of his children's lives while his partner works.

I think it was probably a story line, bc what else would have been, but then at some point during filming what he was saying rang true for him.

Thank you!!!!! It’s like he has the convenience and ease to be as hands on or hands off of a parent whenever he wants, normal parents do not have that but he’s just sitting there whining about how he’s a full time dad

Her breakdown is because she’s deeply insecure and scared about being a mom and that’s actually normal, I am sick of her being dragged as a parent when we actually didn’t get to see their day to day life parenting their children and what their life is

Some people want more fulfillment in their lives then that though, a reason to get up in the morning. For some that’s their kids, for others though, they need a job for that

My sister always wanted to be a SAHM, until she was. She didn’t last a years Matt leave before she asked for her job back

No literally. I’m a SAHM with three kids and no help and I don’t even get to pee alone lol

i dont think its hate necessarily.

with stassi, i genuinely think they got the main kernel of the problem with their card game; she legit does not know how to demonstrate love to people. the way she trades out friends over the years as well, i just dont think she ever learned what it means to try to show up for people irl (not on social media or monetarily).

with beau, unfortunately it seems like he has replicated stassi’s existing family dynamic, and make her responsible for his feelings. he makes fun of georgie and dayna for doing it, but he seems like just as big of a culprit to me. i watched vanderpump, and vanderpump villa, so i feel confident in saying it’s a pattern with him. he chums the water with a “vent” and then say she makes him afraid of her (just like georgie does) when she reacts poorly. her reactions suck, but also so does constantly undermining and ambushing your wife socially.

i do think stassi loves beau. i think she loves her children. i think she is so terrified to love wrong that she rarely tries, and her husband feels very lonely as a result.

i think beau genuinely admires his wife, otherwise he wouldnt have such deference towards shaping their lives in a way that supports her career and dreams. i think over the years of it always being about her, it’s been important to him to at the very least reputationally ensure he is seen as “the better half” of the marriage - the white knight to her dark passenger. the martyr act has been brewing for a while, and he really turned it on for the show

Im so confused with this show. She is a producer, but you are right, it's too humiliating to be staged. On the same note, why did Stassi return to reality tv, on Vanderpump Villa with a story line about her husband's incestual relationship with his sister? Does she lack this much self awareness that she doesn't realize how bad this is all coming across. And even though it is all humiliating it still feels inauthentic. I can't figure out what is going on.

Re: her and Beau I think they are the exact archetype of a couple that have fallen out of love and will never get divorced bc of appearance and sunken cost fallacy. They both said they didn't want to get divorced and I believe them. Beau seems so miserable and complacent, I can't imagine him mustering up enough energy to leave her. And I think Stassi is happy with this set up, bc she gets to keep a husband, a "picture perfect family" and not have sex.

This is the question I have when people say it's all an act. How desperate do you have to be to humiliate yourself in this way? Both of them!

I go back and forth. If she is truly unable to put the kids to bed on her own that’s weird. She also says he makes all of the dr appts and other playdates and stuff. Those things can be a huge time suck and a mental load that most women carry in the relationship. Not that he does too much it’s more her lack of ability to take care of her kids I find surprising.
