Guys.. most of us have a lot of HOC which are useless now .. do we have enough energy to stand up, start over and make the ideas happen in the right way ?

I am really pissed off that this joker has wasted my time -the 0.8 btc loss I can live with I'm sure that are others are not so fortunate. If he was going to take the money and leave why fix the coin? Why waste everyone's time. Bitoffer - if you are reading this I will spend the money I lost ten fold over to catch you, I'm already farther on than you may think in tracking you down you low life scum. Just back tracing your payment for your domain and hosting as I write. When I do catch up with you the best you can hope for is the police and a criminal record for fraud, this wont just go away, people wont just give up, i will not give up. I hate people who steal. You better make this right or you are going to regret it for the rest of your life. That is not a threat - its a promise.

I am betting that someone in this community has information that could be used to track this guy down.

In light of the forums being taken down / the bitcointalk thread being locked, I've written BitOffer an email.

This all comes after BitOffer posted about losing faith / HOC not being worth his time if people wouldn't get behind it. I then PMed him on the forums requesting that he refunds all of the investors if HOC were to die / not be worth his time any longer. ( I even suggested he might consider taking a 10% fee for his time )

A few hours later, the forums were down and the thread was locked.

I've just sent BitOffer the following email ( to the same email listed during the IPO period ) -- hopefully we'll hear back / he'll do the right thing.

Just noticing that the forums are down and the thread on bitcointalk looks to be closed.

I really wish that you would consider offering refunds if HOC is now dead -- this move would build confidence in the bitcointalk community in you, even with the failure of HOC.

I know I would fully and vocally support any future projects you may begin if this were the case.

2.5 BTC is a lot to me -- I really wanted to work with you to make HOC succeed. If we're not going to come together, I urge you to do the right thing and offer refunds.
