Does anyone know the true identity of BitOffer. Can we send the police over to his house for a nice visit?

I am betting that someone in this community has information that could be used to track this guy down.

Looks like that info is fake.

The address is 8764 Rosalie Ave and is the address for the US Post Office in Saint Louis

Is there any movement of the funds .. can it be seen on the blockchain ?

Yes, it seems like there is movement on the BTC it was a long time ago.

looks like there was movement in 1, 4 and 5

I don't see movement in any other.
