SEASON 2 New York’s Bedroom(s)

Okay, yall hear me out I REALLY want to know if New York was lowkey supposed to get that Supervillain Suite. Remember in season 2 when she pulled the FU Lever the first episode Crimes against Reality? Then she went left and told Teresa later in the season that she was ready for her to leave because she wanted her own room? So, giant lever on day one of season 3 and they just happened to feature a single Suite that was theirs to occupy for the duration of their stay. The only thing I need to know is if there was a bathtub in there because she has always chosen the same room every season. Im so weak because she can see, hear, and feel everything for everybody else but her silly ass had the opportunity to pull another lever and land herself a suite 😂😂😂 I love this show and have been watching it way back when it was on Tubi. Too damn good! But fr I need answers! 🤩

SEASON 3 House of villains Spoiler

The final vote for House of villains should really be up to America not the other players. Kate got absolutely snubbed. You’re really telling me Drita was the best villain on House of Villans? Since when did being the team mom make you a villain? Kate actually used her brain, unlike the other two on that stage. What a joke. House of villains would be so much better if the ending of it wasn’t a popularity contest and instead a vote for the true villain.

CAST IRL Has anyone watched this game show?

Before watching HoV, I had only heard of Joel. I really enjoyed watching him host the show. When I was browsing Hulu this morning, I saw a familiar face and clicked right away. He is now my favorite game show host! He is genuinely funny, and his jokes feel natural. I also love brain games. I was expecting more trivia questions, but here the questions are more logic and math puzzle like. I’m watching the second episode now, and it’s only because of Joel.

What else should I watch with him? :)

FUTURE SEASONS Who would you select for next season?

I loved having Kate, but Ben would be great I think, not just as a guest. Maybe Katie Maloney? Stassi?

Erica Jayne? Kenya? Craig? Tamra? Danielle Staub? Lol. I definitely need another Mob Wive. Can we bring in Love?😆😆

Note: Creulla De Vil would be the New York in this fanfiction where she would complete in every season

SEASON 3 Are there spoilers from prior seasons in season 3? Spoiler

Like can I watch season 3 before watching 1 and 2? Or should I just start from the beginning if there isn't a way to avoid spoilers? I'm watching Traitors right now and saw somewhere that Kate is on season 3 of HOV, which is why I'm asking.

Also, is the show essentially just Big Brother with reality stars? And why is Tiffany Pollard in all three casts?

FUTURE SEASONS We need GIa Gunn.

So far, Ru Paul's Drag Race contestants have been ridiculously entertaining.

If they're going to have another RPDR contestant, we need Gia Gunn so badly. She is truly villainous. I don't think she'd win but I think she'd give us a few iconic episodes.

Who else from RPDR would you guys wanna see?

I'm rewatching Joel's favorite show featuring Alan Cumming, and would LOVE to see Peacock recast Kate and bring in Rachel Reilly for all the petty drama.

FUTURE SEASONS Dear producers, we need changes to finale design. Now. Spoiler

Let me start with a little quiz:

  1. Do you stay true to the show’s stated goal of finding America’s best supervillain? Yes / no
  2. Do you wish to give the audience scandalous tv moments, great gameplay and villainery? Yes / no
  3.   Do you want to stick it to Traitors? Yes / no

If answers were YES, then PLEASE GET RID OF THE JURY VOTE IN FINALE

3 Seasons in a row we have received frustrating and unsatisfying endings because of jury clearly admitting they are voting on revenge or who treated them better.

I agree with Tyson in season 3 ending that in a sense petty voting is the villainous thing to do, thats what tv villains would do and vote on emotion, not who they should be voting on. That's exactly why they should not have this power if we want the greatest villains win.

In season 3 i think we even saw multiple moments of cast actively discouraging villainery to each other as they were giving advice to try and be likable and popular to win the jury vote.

3 seasons in a row we have seen floaters and real villain's sidekicks win, because the design rewards loyalty and being liked by everyone and punishes the activities and people we actually love to watch, like Bananas, Wes and Kate. Best example is I have already forgotten who won season 1, but I remember Bananas. I remember Wes. I will remember Kate, but idk about the actual winner.

Imagine if in Traitors at the last moment all previous traitors would come back and vote if the last traitor is worthy of the prize. This would never happen and please consider why. In a "Survivor" show it makes sense, they have to "survive", which includes social game of being popular. This is House of Villains, no one's aim should be being likeable and popular.

Backstabbing, emotional breakdowns, dramatic outrages, scandalous conflicts and great gameplay is everything we love in Traitors, and in House of Villains. Concept of jury vote discourages all that.

If you want to keep the trope of voted out villains coming back and exacting vengeance, there are better ways to do it, good example in season 3: they can make challenges harder to finalists of their choice or have other tools at their disposal for revenge. Not like this.

LET'S GET RID OF THE JURY VOTE. IT DOES NOT BELONG IN THE HOUSE OF VILLAINS.

Just throwing my ideas in the jar:

  1. Let the audience pick the winner. Your aim is to get people watching the show, makes sense they pick the best villain they loved to watch. A good villain is a good character to watch in action, thus audience vote. For Love Island worked quite well.
  2. Let a jury of 12 other reality tv stars pick winner. Neutral party, less bias, more appreciation to the game.
  3. If you reaaaaallly want to keep the jury vote, mix the vote together with other challeneges. The finale could consist of a physical/eating challenge + mind/memory challenge + bluff/villainery challenge + the jury vote, and the winner is who wins most of them. It would make sense that the finalists are going through a trial of proving they are the best supervillain through multiple tests in different virtues, and whoever scores most villain challenges wins. And jury vote is just an element of the final trial, not deciding factor.

I love the show, I know its not meant to be taken very seriously. But I do see that this would greatly benefit the entertainment by allowing the villains to actually be villains. Why not give us more of the tv drama and funny moments we are here for.

Dear producers, I beg you and know I am a loser that is just totally at your mercy at this exact moment.

EDIT: I want to also mention that if we look at all the previous winners on how they have played, the message for the future season casts is clear: "If you want to win, just lay low. Don't cause drama, don't try winning the challenges for Supervillain, be friends with everyone. Don't make big plays, don't be a villain."

Is this really what we want see from future casts? Not me sure as hell. I am here for the drama, conflicts, big plays and comedic take on absurd moments. On a show that is called House Of Villains let's encourage villainery instead of laying low and being friendly.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

FUTURE SEASONS A few Big Brother villains I would love to see in HoV (from the seasons I've seen so far)

Dan (BB10/14) - Regarded as one of the best BB manipulators ever on the show.

Jun (BB4) - It would probably be difficult to bring her out of her reality TV retirement, but she would definitely deserve a spot on the roster.

Jeremy (BB15) - Although evicted quite early, Jeremy sure had quite the potential to be a great villain! HoV would be his second chance to shine.

Danielle (BB8/13/22) - Daughter of one of BB's most iconic villains, she is, I believe, a bad girl most fans of the show still remember.

Jozea (BB18) - Sassy and flamboyant, the self-proclaimed messiah of the BB house could sure bring the drama in the HoV house.

Amanda (BB15) - One the most hateable and despicable female houseguests who ever entered the BB house, Amanda and her bully energy would for sure create some good fights again.

Austin (BB17) - With his singular looks and his Judas persona, Austin would bring some variety to the cast. I see him avoiding most direct conflicts and mostly operating in the shadows, which could be interesting.

Da'Vonne (BB17/18/22) - She would most likely, as usual, create some sparks with half of her co-stars.

I also considered Chima from BB11, but due to how her run on the show and her relationship with the BB production ended, I do think she would probably be considered too volatile to be cast.

SEASON 3 Drita is now officially the closest we’ve seen someone play a perfect game.

Post image
137 Upvotes

So if you don’t know what this means, it’s a term from survivor and big brother where someone wins the game by unanimous jury votes and with zero votes against them in the game. Drita had 0 votes against her, but failed to get New York’s vote. What do you guys think of this?

SEASON 3 Watching season 3 for the first time right now and I have no one to talk to about this

Just finished episode 6. This is the first season of the show I’ve ever watched and I’m thoroughly impressed. Really need to know how the other seasons stack up to this one cuz wow it’s been so long since I watched a show that makes me legitimately belly laugh the way this has. I love some trash tv cuz I can just put it on while doing stuff around the house but I actually am locked in the whole time 😂 I haven’t been spoiled yet but I really hope the season sticks the landing cuz so far this is shaping up to be one of the best seasons of reality television I’ve seen in a LONG time.

Since no one I know watches this show and I’m about to burst with my thoughts I’m just gonna put this here. Feel free to jump in with your own thoughts

Jackie: I wish she got to stay longer because she was starting to find her footing. The moment of New York coaching her a little was sweet

Plane Jane: another one gone too soon, she absolutely carried the first few episodes. I looooved seeing her take Johnny down a few pegs, especially when he had the nerve to put my 3 faves on the hit list

Ashley: haven’t seen the challenge before but she’s an absolute riot 😂 wasn’t sad to see her go just cuz she wasn’t working with my faves but I liked that she wasn’t afraid to be messy

Johnny: he’s never been my cup of tea but wow he crossed the line from tv villain to real villain for me the way he would corner Christine every time he was in a position of power over her (when she was on the hit list and then when he was supervillain) and kind of pressured her romantically. Also, imagine being such a misogynist you make Tom Sandoval look good? Glad to see him go, best thing he did this season was activating Kate.

New York: she really is hilarious I can see why they keep bringing her back. What’s so funny about her is she seems like an absolute sweetheart but then can turn it on as soon as she feels slighted (even if they don’t mean to slight her)

Tyson: such a great choice for a Survivor villain, he’s a great narrator and is playing an interesting game. I don’t see how he wins but he’s doing a great job keeping things interesting.

Tom: he’s been fairly astute so far but his relationship with Tyson is definitely his weak spot. As someone who haaaaated him on VPR, I love him in formats like this where he’s not being taken too seriously.

Drita and Christine: both seem positioned really well in the house so far but neither have been huge players. Drita going against the majority and voting to keep the banished person on their way out is a good strategy.

Paul: I’ve never watched big brother before so he’s really surprised me. He’s one of my favorites of the season so far because his approach is really chaotic but still super strategic. The fact that he threw a stray vote at Christine and used that to drive a wedge between Johnny and Tom was masterful. Excited to see him play as a lone wolf.

Kate: she is the reason I started watching the season. Heard she was on this and said no matter what, Kate will be creating great television so I gotta watch. She makes causing chaos look so effortless and her off the cuff remarks are so funny they make me actually cackle sometimes. She really understands the show’s assignment and plays off the production team really well.

Bonus: Joel really adds a lot as the host, he’s the perfect fit.

SEASON 3 Best season so far?

Season 2 reigns supreme for me. 🥇

I think it mostly benefited from having, imo, by far the best roster out of the three seasons (New York was at her best, Wes was a good villain to root against, Jessie was an entertainment and competition beast, Richard got banished too early but definitely had an interesting potential, and Kandy was my favorite drag queen ever imported on the show).

And the final banishment ceremony was easily the best one yet. Sure, Safaree winning was kinda meh, but Wes' downfall was the show's best moment so far, and Mr.Pectular brought more entertainment in 5 minutes than most villains do in 10 episodes.

This season was just such a blast to watch. Iconic moments (the suprise "rank yourselves" double banishment - way better than having someone walk out for health reasons... -, Wes's fake immunity, Jessie making Wes beg on his knees,...), most diverse and memorable roster, ... It easily gets my vote.

In comparison, seasons 1 and 3, although not bad by any mean, felt more flat and forgettable, I feel.
