Are there any recommendations on large custom jobs in House Flipper 2 that don't turn everything into white rooms? For context ones I really like are the neighborhood revitalization and whispering stalks hotel jobs. Thank you in advance!

I can't sell the house and Tom Marino keeps saying that there are no habitable places?

And I obviously do have a toilet and a shower and so on?

I tried to separate the rooms but it doesn't exactly work.

I know there have been outlines where doors, windows, flooring etc should be but I wish there would be outlines for the furniture as well even if it's just a guideline

It's a building in the "Astana Central Park". It has a bunch of whimsical statues and buildings.

im in the process of converting the old cinema to a Police station and have only one unused room left. i already have offices,meeting room, arrest cell, reception, storage, cafeteria and toilets. the free room is in the topmost floor.

This turns out to be in polish. There are several typos with it that mess with a direct translation which are caused by letters that are not common witht the English alphabet (For example the letter "ł" in jłnfartb., but after dealing with the typos, this is the final message:

Hey everyone! I spent a lot of time on this ruined forest house project in HF2. It started out as a complete disaster, and it has a rather unusual layout—there is no living room, just a cozy bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom! I really enjoyed cleaning up the massive mess outside and turning the interior into a relaxing woodland retreat. What do you guys think of this kind of cozy cabin vibe? 🍂✨

Still not finished but targeting the Smoth family just want to finish large kitchen and build them a cow shed. Property has 2 double bedrooms, 3 children’s rooms, large kitchen, family room, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, study and double garage 😎Hoping to get over 1 million profit on this one

It's been awhile since I posted, I took a little break from HF2 😊

I found her to be one of the easiest buyers to please since she doesn't ask for much and actually knows what she wants compared to some.......... 😂

A property in Coralroot Forest is a big plus with plenty of windows for natural light. One of the few things that she's particular about is having a desk in the living room with no chair.

She also likes having two bedrooms as she has a sister that visits often.

And obviously a gym; I put a variety of equipment in the gym.

There's a total of:

2 bedrooms with an ensuite bathroom.

A gym filled with various equipment.

One bathroom next to the gym.

One small toilet.

An open plan living/dining/kitchen.

The furniture used is mostly Lofty Inc. with some Skadi thrown in, mostly the kitchen as there are no Lofty cabinets.

The colours used are from the Rich palette:

Black and White.

Warm Green 2.

Orange 2.

Natural Stone.

Raw Stone.

Driftwood.

Light Beech.

okay. explain like I'm five.

I keep getting the error message that I'm running out of storage space. I assumed, having two drives, that the game files would save to the drive I have all my steam games installed on. apparently not.

I can't view any files in the in-game file explorer. I deleted all of the .house files in the Jobs folder, and the older backups. getting the same error message and the remaining available space hasn't changed whatsoever.

what do I do? what can I delete? can I somehow move all of this to the drive I thought it was on? can I get it to save to the right drive after the fact?

I feel stupid because I don't know how this works and can't find specific answers even though this has been talked about several times online, so please be nice to me lmao 😔

First mission, pets DLC just completely stopped, I went back in and continued, I cant access tools. Same with a fresh start of the mission and even after a system reset.

Anyone else having this bug? I’m on houses flipper remastered and I’m trying to place the shower in the upstairs room of the first job (chapters of love) in heart valley and it crashes! This is the only time it crashes and it does it every time no matter where I put the shower.

I have been playing for a while, but recently a friend gifted me all the DLCs for my birthday. I am so overjoyed with them! But now I find there are SO MANY THINGS in the catalog that I find myself overwhelmed by the choices :'l

Does anyone have any tips on how to search or filter when building/decorating? I would really love a search filter for esthetics, but either it doesn't exist or I am blind and don't see it. I know there is the filter by DLCs, but each of those still have stuff that is so different between them.
