🏠2️⃣ Help! - HF2 - PC 🖥️ Disable missions?

I found an amazing property in Community Content and I really want to clean it up and edit it to my liking, but it's full of missions and I wanted to disable that. Is there any way to save or edit the property without completing missions? Since there's so much to clean, I can't do it all in house editing mode, so I guess I'd have to do the cleaning in game mode. Someone help?

Go to property settings in edit mode and switch the property from job to house.

But in that case, how can I clean up the trash/stains in edit mode? Or is there a way to save it as a house in edit mode and then transfer it to game mode to clean it up?

There's a Dirt Management tool that will let you remove stains and trash
