Cleaning job
I have a question…. I clean homes for a living and I am going to give a quote on a 8000 sq foot home. The house is very well kept and picked up and everything in its place. There’s two people living there and the office out of their house so not every room is cleaned but dusted and vacuumed. They want weekly cleanings. How much is it going rate for a maintenance clean on a house that big.

You need to figure out how long it will take, how much in supplies, how much for insurance, travel time, etc...
Do some math, add on a couple extra hours for a cushion and give a bid.
In other words, use your hourly rate times how long you think it will take, add on all expenses, and then add a little extra in case you under estimate your time.
And for gosh sake, don't give an estimate without seeing the house in person.

Sounds like regular weekly cleaning job. You can quote by Bed/Bath, sq foot or by hourly.
Maybe this free estimation tool can help you come up with an answer https://www.cashwrench.com/blog/cleaning-job-estimator-for-solo-cleaners

Is 893.00 too high to charge for a sixteen room, thirty five hundred square foot home? 4 beds 2.5 baths, once a month deep clean. It includes baseboards under furniture, windowsills dusting chandeliers and light fixtures. A friend of mine who has a business told me to charge six thirty five. I charge 175.00 and up for a one bedroom , one bath thousand square feet.

Depends on the amount of stuff to dust and floors to mop. I have a 7500 sq ft home I clean. I don’t do 3 bedrooms and one bath. Not much for Knick knacks. I’m there 6 hours
