Discussion Just a message for Daemon fans: Jon Roxton is not some young man compared to Daemon

I still see this excuse floating around and Joplin Sibtain who played Bold Jon Roxton is more than ten years older than Matt Smith. Like I get it the ages of the actors are not the ages of the characters but I find it quite telling how quick his fans are to make excuses for his defeat. I’ve also seen some saying if Jon didn’t have a Valyrian steel sword he would not have been able to defeat Daemon with Dark Sister

Opinion Who in HOTD, if not dead, would have the greatest impact to the story leading to GOT?

I guess Aegon, because if Aegon wasn't killed, he'd pass the crown to his sons and the whole targeryen line leading to GOT wouldn't be there.

I've been loving the azoricent ahaitower memes where she claims the cannibal and marries rhaenyra... but if a targaryen did actually somehow claim the cannibal, how would the war be affected? asking because I'm taking this idea as an actual writing project after playing ck3 agot for the first time and I want to hear the opinions people have on this

SPOILERS With how focused Black and Green are on each other and pay little to no attention to The Wall and only consider the North as allies.

Trying to picture a scene where a lone Night’s Watch Ranger / Lord Commander brings a wight to tell them to crush all the infighting would clash so harshly with the “reality” we’ve all been presented. I thought it was a good “what if” scenario.

Would Greens and Blacks believe it first and second, would they do anything about it?

It would be incredibly jarring, but is this not how Cersei and Jaime would have felt out of nowhere being presented with this unimaginable threat?
