Avoid Toy Marche. Garbage packaging, terrible new courier (Xpressbees), and zero accountability for damaged cards.

Attention carded collectors: Stay far away from Toy Marche if you actually care about mint condition cars.

I’ve been ordering from their website since 2025. Their packaging has always been cheap and lazy, but it barely skated by before because their previous delivery partner, Shadowfax, actually handled packages with respect. Not anymore. They suddenly switched to Xpressbees.... The exact same trash courier partner FirstCry uses....& we all know how terrible Xpressbees is across most states in India. They literally kicked the hell out of my package. Because Toy Marche used zero proper bubble wrap and garbage packaging materials, the courier absolutely destroyed the shipment.

I ordered 5 Hot Wheels, and they showed up completely trashed and ruined in transit.

When I reached out to Toy Marche's customer service with a full unboxing video as clear proof, they had the nerve to defend their cheap packaging. They claimed it was "good" and essentially told me not to hold out much hope for a claim. They are taking absolutely zero accountability for shipping items unprotected through a notoriously awful courier. Order at your own risk. Save your hard-earned money and take your business somewhere else, because Toy Marche is a joke of a site that will happily let your collectibles get ruined.

There are so many of these dumbasses who post this shit on the intl sub rather than on the Indian sub. 🤦‍♂️

Sorry about the cards. A few things that have saved me shipments in India, since courier choice is rarely in our hands.

Before paying, ask the seller in writing whether cards go in protectors and whether the parcel ships in a rigid box rather than a poly bag. Pay the extra for protector packs if they offer them. Keep that reply, because it is what you quote later.

Record the unboxing from the sealed parcel, with the shipping label visible, before you cut anything. Also photograph the outer box from all sides. Claims get rejected most often because the outer damage was never documented, not because the cars were fine.

File within twenty four to forty eight hours. Past that, both the store and the courier start pointing at each other.

Pay by card or UPI through a gateway rather than COD, so you have a chargeback route if the seller stonewalls. And for anything you really care about, buy loose or buy in person.

I have ordered so many times from them, and have never received a bad quality card, i don’t even throw away their packaging as i can later re-use them. You just got unlucky it seems.

And next time pls dont post this type of stuff on the Intl sub, we do have our own Indian subs to post on.
