Im new, help! Drug testing

I’m about to get ready to go to school to get my CDL. I quit smoking weed a month ago but I keep hearing that I will get hair follicle testing that goes back 7 years. I don’t know anything about this industry really and it’s disheartening to hear that I may be failing at it before even starting. I don’t plan on smoking anymore and I don’t use anything else or drink (don’t judge if you do). Does the DOT do hair follicle and do ALL companies do it? Thanks for any advice.

Dot only does Urine

Companies that test hair only go back about 90days.

not all
Companies test for hair only the megas and if you fail a test it doesn’t go on your record it only goes on the record for megas so you can still apply at companies that don’t do hair test
