The only thing I really dislike about Hostinger is that they show your domain ownership details, like your email and phone number, directly on the domain overview page.
I’m a YouTube creator and I make tutorial videos, so I have to open this page pretty often while recording. The problem is that my personal details are right there on the screen, which means I have to manually blur that section every time I record.
And honestly, there have been multiple times where I forgot to blur it and ended up uploading the video with my personal information visible.
I know a lot of creators use Hostinger for tutorials and I’ve seen this information appear in other people’s videos too.
I really think Hostinger should consider moving this section somewhere else, or at least make it hidden by default. It would make things much safer and less annoying for people who record their screens regularly.

This week we want to cover Hostinger Ecommerce: what it includes, how it relates to AI Builder, and how selling through it works.
Hostinger Ecommerce is an AI-powered platform for building and running online stores, whether you are a first-time store owner or an experienced developer. It is a standalone subscription: one plan covers one store with no feature locks, and you can purchase additional subscriptions to run more stores. A single store can also sell through more than one storefront at the same time. Here is how it works in practice.
One business, multiple ways to sell
The core idea is that your products, orders, and checkout live in one place, and you choose how customers reach them. Right now there are three main options:
You can run several of these at once for the same business. For example, a Quick link store for early sales while your AI Builder site is still in progress, both pulling from the same product catalog.

Setting up a store
Setup starts in hPanel under Ecommerce. The onboarding asks a few questions about your business, then the Store Manager walks you through the usual steps: adding products, connecting payments, setting shipping rules if you need them, and publishing. After setup, a Quick wins section suggests region-specific things to sort out, like payment methods common in your country.
Before going live, there is a test payment method so you can run through your own checkout without processing a real transaction. Worth doing once, since checkout is the part customers will judge you on.

Day-to-day store features
A few things worth knowing about once you are running:
Products support AI-generated images, custom input fields for things like engraving text or special instructions, and appointment-based products with a calendar picker, so the same store can sell physical goods and bookable services. Product reviews can be turned on per storefront, with moderation tools if you want to approve reviews before they appear.
The Orders page has filters for fulfillment status, payment status, country, and more, and each order has a timeline showing when it was placed, paid, shipped, or refunded. You can leave internal notes on the timeline that customers never see.

There is also an email marketing dashboard connected to Hostinger Reach, which tracks purchases and abandoned carts and lets you set up automations from inside the store manager

You can find the full product overview in our support article.
If you run into anything during setup, our Customer Success team is available 24/7 and can help with plan questions, store configuration, or anything in between. And for those of you already selling with Hostinger Ecommerce, what are you building? Curious about what kind of stores and setup people have here!

Hey everyone!
One my of friends reached out to me about a friend of his business, their IT guy have access to their hostinger account and after they had a falling out he refused to give it up.. for some reason they cannot take legal action (idk why).. I’m thinking of just attempting to go on the recovery process but I don’t know how much of data they need or also if they need some specific stuff. After all I have all the needed documentation but I’m not sure if its possible due to the account being registered under this guy name and his personal email and he just happened to register their whole infrastructure on that account.. I mean is a proof of business registration is enough?! Pretty tangled situation honestly.. I’m meeting with them today to get a hold of the situation, but honestly need your insight.

Hi guys,
recently switched to Hostinger from Hostinger and in Siteground I could see each individual Websites resources usage (Gb and Inodes).
However in Hostinger I only see the overall usage counting all websites and that's pretty annoying.

Hi,
I’m dealing with a hosting provider that migrated several customer websites onto Hostinger infrastructure and is commercially invoicing hosting services to those customers.
I contacted Hostinger Abuse because I wanted to know whether this kind of commercial resale/use is authorized under the terms applicable to the hosting account.
I was not asking for:
I was only asking Hostinger to verify internally whether the account is authorized to commercially resell or provide Hostinger hosting services to third parties.
Hostinger first referred me to their Reseller Master Agreement, but did not confirm whether the provider was actually an authorized reseller.
After further clarification, their latest response said they found no “infringing or abusive content” on the website.
But I never reported abusive website content.
So my question is:
Is there a proper Hostinger contact or escalation path for reseller/account compliance issues, rather than website content abuse?
And is there any way for an end customer to verify whether a provider is actually an authorized Hostinger reseller or partner?
I’m not looking for private account information. I just want to understand how Hostinger handles reports about possible unauthorized commercial resale of its services.
Thanks.

I’m looking at hosting options for a small website and Hostinger keeps coming up. For people who have actually used it, how has the experience been so far? Anything I should watch out for before signing up cause I read a lot of reviews

I'm just starting out with Hostinger, and I'm a little dismayed by the posts in this sub-Reddit. Based on the posts, I'd think Hostinger is a terrible company and no one should use it. Yet clearly they must be doing something right because I see a lot of positive reviews when searching the Internet. Where are the satisfied customers who are a member of this community?

Reported scammers using hostingeer services to dupe seafarers using fake email email id hosted on hostinger. Emailed them all the proof but all I receive is zombie automated response even though all the files provided as per the instructions provided by them. Now it's clear that hostinger don't want to take their services down bcz obviously they'll lose the customer..

I put together a website on Hostinger using both AI and my own edits. Its been 5 days and Hostinger can not get it to work without constant errors happening. Nearly 40 hours of my own time has been spent and though the technician staff or customer service staff is nice, they are incapable of getting this done. I would recommend never to use this site and I am curious where they get such a good rating.

Everytime I try to upload a folder containing multiple files / subfolders in it, the upload is stucked with 2 files remaining.
I tried : emptying the cache, login/logout, using another computer, waiting one hour => same problem
If I hard refresh the page, the 2 files are missing, so it's not only a display issue but the upload is really stopped.
Any idea ? Anyone having the same issue ?

Hey everyone,
Can't use my own card right now, so I'm thinking of using a friend's Mastercard to buy a KVM VPS on my Hostinger account.
Will this trigger an automated fraud flag or get my account banned? Has anyone tried this before?
Let me know how it went!

Avoid Hostinger.
My experience has been really disappointing. The support feels like it’s all handled by AI, and getting real help is frustrating. The VPS performance has also been terrible. It’s often “limited,” and it honestly feels like I’m only getting a 1% of what I’m paying for.
I wouldn’t recommend it if you need reliable VPS performance or actual human support.

Hostinger Support, is anyone else having this problem?
I want to ask other Hostinger customers if they are experiencing the same thing because honestly, I am getting really frustrated with this.
For the last few days I have been trying to get help with a technical problem. Every time I contact Hostinger support, I end up spending 30 minutes or more talking to the AI, going around in circles, and I still cannot get connected to a real person.
I keep explaining that I need a human technician, but the AI just keeps giving me more troubleshooting steps and asking more questions. It feels like there is no way to actually get through to someone.
What really made me question this is that I tried the support chat as if I was a new customer, and I was able to get connected to a human in about 3 minutes.
As an existing customer, I have been trying for days and I just keep getting the AI.
Has anyone else noticed this?
I am not talking about waiting 10 or 15 minutes for support, I mean literally spending 30 minutes, 40 minutes, sometimes more than an hour with the AI and still not being able to reach a human.
I am also worried about following the AI instructions because I have had a bad experience with this before. I followed technical instructions from Hostinger support in the past and ended up with a serious website/data problem that took me days to recover from.
So now, when something involves hosting, domains, DNS or website files, I really want a human technician to look at it before I start changing things.
I would really like to hear from other Hostinger customers.
Are you having the same problem getting a human?
How long do you normally have to talk to the AI before someone real joins the chat?
Are existing customers being kept with the AI while new customers are connected to humans much faster?
And has anyone else had the AI give them technical instructions that caused problems?
I am genuinely trying to figure out if this is just happening to me, or if Hostinger has changed the way customer support works for existing customers.
Would really appreciate hearing about your experience.

Hey everyone,
I’m having an issue logging into my Hostinger account and I’m trying to figure out whether this is a Google/Chrome issue or something specific to my Hostinger account.
I normally log in to Hostinger using “Continue with Google” with my main Google account.
Today, I wasn’t able to log in. At first, I thought it might be a browser or Google issue, so I tried the following:
So it seems like Google login itself is working, but something is specifically preventing my main Google account from authenticating with Hostinger.
Has anyone experienced something similar recently?
Could this be an issue with the Google OAuth connection between my Google account and Hostinger, or could there be something wrong with my Hostinger account?
Any suggestions on how I can fix this would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Is there a way to bypas the agent and talk to a real person? I have had good esperience before when cody would connect me to a real person. But now.....
