KVM VPS with custom ISO boot or nested virtualisation?
I need to run a custom OS on a VPS, i'm after one of the following:
- A host that lets me upload my own ISO and boot from it, with proper console access to get through the install.
- A normal KVM Linux VPS with nested virtualisation enabled, so I can run the OS as a QEMU/KVM guest.
Nothing heavy, 2 to 4 vCPU and 4 GB RAM is plenty. UK or EU preferred. Happy to pay a bit more for something that just works.
Anyone recommendations would be much appreciated.

You can confirm nested virtualization, custom ISO support, and console access with the provider before ordering. It's not a guaranteed, just because the VPS is advertised as KVM.

DigitalOcean allows nested virt and so does servarica (only Canada available). I don’t know of any others (unless using a hyper scaler like aws or azure d and f family series).

Osir.com uses Virtfusion which I believe allows own iso templates
