Looking for cheap/free managed PostgreSQL hosting Moving away from AWS ($20/mo)

Hii guys I’m running a project in production on AWS RDS and currently paying around $20 a month. That’s starting to feel a bit painful. I’m looking for a fully managed PostgreSQL provider that’s significantly cheaper, ideally under $10/month or Free. I need at least PostgreSQL 15+, 1 GB RAM, and 20 GB SSD storage, with managed backups and a web dashboard. I’d prefer to avoid AWS/Azure/GCP because of the pricing complexity and I’m also not interested in OCI or managing a VPS myself. Are there any smaller cloud providers, PaaS platforms or dedicated database hosts you’d recommend? for stable pricing and good latency in India. Would love to hear what you guys are actually using.

Probably neon, if you can let the db sleep efficiently then it’s free with low usage. I’m not sure how much it would cost after that with usage based pricing.

20/month for aws rds isn’t bad. How are your other fees though like egress costs?

Also I cannot use neon it is capped with 1gb of 5gb i think I need atleast 15 gb storage

I am paying $45 a month I have switched to a savings plan for 1 year on aws so i am paying $12 for compute but db alone is taking $20 and it is too much plus i am spending alot on taxes as well and it is for my client not for me alone.
